Shipping and Cancellation Policy
Domestic Delivery Policy:
- Shipping: Domestic orders will be shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within 0-7 days from the order and payment date, or as agreed upon during order confirmation.
- Delivery: Delivery is subject to courier company/postal norms. Anaya Creation is not responsible for any delays beyond the guaranteed handover within 0-7 days.
- Delivery Address: The buyer must provide the delivery address. Service confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.

International Delivery Policy:
- Shipping: International orders will be shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post within 0-7 days from the order and payment date.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for international shipments is within 7 to 15 working days after dispatch, varying by destination country.
- Liability: Anaya Creation is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Perishable Items: Anaya Creation does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products.
- Product Expectations: In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
- Manufacturer Warranty: In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- Refunds: In case of any refunds approved by Anaya Creation, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
